How can I report a complaint?

If you are unhappy with the service that you have received from CAAPS, there are some steps that you can take to help resolve the matter.

Option 1: If you feel comfortable, it is recommended that you first speak with a CAAPS staff member about your complaint as they may be able to help you sort out the matter quickly.

Option 2: If you do not feel comfortable speaking with a specific staff member or someone from their team, you may ask to speak with their manager who may be able to help with your complaint. You may also choose this option if you have previously spoken with a staff member and feel that the complaint has not been resolved.
